To provide an apparatus and method for manufacturing a two-layer structure lid with a screw part which prevent an inner layer and an outer layer from rotating mutually and falling even when a locking structure is not provided.
The apparatus comprises an injection molding machine 2 having a rotary board 3 having a revolution shaft 3a as an axial center and a fixed board 6 installed to face the rotary board 3, a plurality of screw molds 7 which are placed on the front surface of the rotary board and installed to make their positions be mutually changeable by axially rotating the rotary board 3, an inner mold 8 and an outer mold 9 which are located on the rear surface of the fixed board and installed to be engageable with the screw molds 7, and a screw extraction mechanism 20 having a rotation transmission part 22 transmitting the rotational movement of a motor 21. The screw mold 7 has a convexed part 7a in which a screw structure is formed on the side, the screw extraction mechanism 20 is connected with the rotary board 3, and axial rotation is made possible while the center of the convexed part 7a of the screw mold 7 is made a rotation axis by the drive of the motor 21, so that the two-layer structure lid with the screw part is materialized.
