Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a thread-tension measuring apparatus wherein it can measure many thread tensions continuously and its structure is simple.
CONSTITUTION: Many warps T are arranged at uniform intervals by thread guides 11, 12, and they are arranged on the same plane by thread support bars 13, 14. A sensor unit 18 on a guide rail 17 travels on the guide rail 17 by the action of a motor 19. As the sensor unit 18 travels, a contact maker 33 comes sequentially into contact with the warps T, and a tension is detected continuously. A tension detection signal is sent to a signal processing part 34, a judgment circuit 37 in the signal processing part 34 compares a standard value with a detected tension value and judges a tension abnormality. An output signal from a rotary encoder 21 interlocked with the sensor unit 18 is sent to an abnormality-generation-position display device 42, and a tensionabnormality- generation position is displayed.
