To provide a mass-production type apparatus for percutaneous absorbed medicament, having a structure capable of blending a dissolving liquid and a medicament by a simple operation, and capable of being easily manufactured.
The apparatus comprises an electrode holder 1 with an electrode layer 1b formed on a substrate 1a, a medicament-impregnated member 2 disposed on the side of the electrode holder 1 where the electrode layer 1b is formed, and a dissolving liquid storage container 5 disposed on the side of the electrode holder 1 where the electrode layer 1b is not formed. A dissolving liquid passage hole 8 is formed on the electrode holder 1, and a flange 5a of the dissolving liquid storage container 5 is jointed with the electrode holder 1 via a lid member 6 which covers the dissolving liquid passage hole 8. The dissolving liquid storage container 5 has a projection 5b facing the dissolving liquid passage hole 8. The distal end of the projection 5b is formed as a recessed surface.
