Title:
APPARATUS FOR PROLIFERATING AND PRODUCING PROTEIN AND MEAT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10276772
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To produce an edible protein equal to meat.

This apparatus is obtained by arranging an oxygen feeder capable of preparing microscopic substances having a strength and a shape hardly breakable at the time of collision with erythrocytes, the mutual substances or cells in a physiological saline solution by using an iron chelate equal to the erythrocytes, mixing the resultant many microscopic substances, regulating the microscopic substances so as to keep a moderate osmotic pressure with Na and K ions, providing an artificial blood, releasing oxygen in a foamy state and absorbing the oxygen in the blood, installing a nutrient feeder capable of mixing nutrients for proliferating cells with the blood, arranging a culture device comprising plural filters, obtained by making the cells collected from a living body such as a muscular cell stick to filters prepared from a noncorrosive material in other shapes capable of diffusing the blood such as a sterilized reticulated form, culturing and colonizing the cells and installed in parallel or in series, installing a filter device capable of removing excretions from the cells or dust, arranging and connecting pipes so as to arrange all the devices in series in the order mentioned and form a closed loop, installing a measuring system such as a spectral system, a superheater and a cooler, valves and pump devices, controlling the pressure and flow rate and circulating the blood. When the contamination standard attains, the bloods is exchanged to proliferate the cells.
