PURPOSE: To make mass production possible very simply without pasting, by installing a means to wet paper to a paper supply unit, heating the spindle to a prescribed temperature, and heat-bonding the paper wound on the peripheral surface.

CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body 55 has at its top a cylindrical part 19 into which a spindle 2 is inserted and at its bottom a heater 20, a controller 21 to control to a prescribed temperature, and a bridge 22 to supply paper 9 to the spindle smoothly, and is fixed to a slide table 7. A means 10 to supply paper to the spindle 2 in the cylinder is provided with a cutting roller 30, a vertically slidable cutter 31 to cut to prescribed length, a sponge 32 to apply water to the cut side of the paper of prescribed size, a stopper 33 which causes the paper to wait until it is inserted into the spindle in the cylindrical body. The apparatus of this invention causes paper to bond with water and dries the paper, and makes possible mass production very simply.
