Abstract:
To increase the throughput of a disk to be manufactured by shortening the time required for aging a cationic ultraviolet-curable composition.
A shutter 23b is arranged at a hole 16b of a reaction chamber 16 to shut off the inside of the chamber 16 from the space where a disk substrate 1a is disposed after the cationic ultraviolet-curable composition is applied to the substrate. As a result, the time required for aging the cationic ultraviolet- curable composition is shortened while preventing the composition from being rapidly cured and deteriorated since the amount of ultraviolet rays required for curing the composition can be accurately managed. Accordingly the throughput of the disk to be manufactured is increased.
