Abstract:
To provide a method and a high-cycle compact device for sticking two sheets of substrates to each other with an adhesive to obtain an optical disk while restraining film exfoliation and air bubbles from being generated and securing the warpage of the substrate with high accuracy.
An adhesive layer 4B is formed only on the first substrate 2. The first substrate 2 and the second substrate 3 are respectively disposed at the upper and lower positions to be opposed to each other in a pressure reducing chamber 8. The volume of the chamber 8 is reduced in proportion to evacuation. When it reaches the prescribed vacuum, the substrates 2, 3 are stuck to each other.
