To provide an applied voltage conversion apparatus that has short settling time and less current consumption.
The applied voltage conversion apparatus comprises a reference voltage generator for converting a power supply voltage and providing a reference voltage; a voltage comparator comprising a first MOSFET, a second MOSFET, a third MOSFET and comparing the reference voltage with a voltage of a gate of the fourth MOSFET; a current synchronization section, comprising a first current synchronization unit connected to the sources of the first MOSFET and the fourth MOSFET to form a current synchronization section and a second current synchronization unit that operates according to the voltage of the gate of the fourth MOSFET; and a voltage output unit comprising a fifth MOSFET, having a gate connected to the drain of the first MOSFET, the drain to which the power supply voltage is applied, and the source connected to the gate of the fourth MOSFET and providing voltage of the source of the fifth MOSFET as output voltage.
