To provide a method and an apparatus for three-dimensional graphic processing, performing far and near correction.
The method for three-dimensional graphic processing includes a step for inputting a homogeneous coordinate and an attribute value for each end point of a polygon scan line formed of a plurality of perspectively projected vertexes; a step for calculating a reference value representing order of far and near distortion in the scan line by using the input homogeneous coordinate; and a step for interpolating each reference value of the scan line pixel using at least a portion of the input homogeneous coordinate and the attribute value, and further interpolating the attribute value by selectively applying far and near correction on a pixel-by-pixel basis using the calculated reference value. Thus, it is possible to reduce processing time and power consumption.
