Abstract:
To provide an arithmetic device that measures the concentration of substances in measurement objects with high accuracy while maintaining a state of the scattered measurement objects.SOLUTION: An arithmetic device 1 includes: a first acquisition unit 101 that receives an image transmitted by a camera; a first calculation unit 105 that analyzes the acquired image, and calculates a ratio of area of a second part held by a measurement target of a first part to area of the first part that is exposed to incident light of a total reflection method; a second acquisition unit 103 that acquires an absorption spectrum measured by the total reflection method from a spectroscope by communication; and a second calculation unit 107 that corrects the absorption spectrum based on the ratio calculated by the first calculation unit and calculates the concentration of a substance contained in the measurement target based on the corrected absorption spectrum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
