Abstract:
To provide a remote management system by which a user of an operation terminal device can appropriately respond to an alarm of a managing target device even if a level of proficiency in maintenance of the managing target device is low.SOLUTION: A remote management system comprises a managing target device, a server unit, and an operation terminal device, the remote management system comprising: an alarm producing unit for producing alarm information based on information that indicates a status of the managing target device; and a storage unit for storing group information that associates an identification code of the managing target device with a management group to which the managing target device belongs and coloring information that associates an importance of the alarm information with the coloring. When the system displays an alarm corresponding to the alarm information of the managing target device on the operation terminal device, the system displays the managing target device for each management group based on the group information stored in the storage unit, and displays an alarm by coloring the alarm according to the importance of the alarm information of the managing target device based on the coloring information stored in the storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
