To provide an aromatic capable of maintaining an aroma for a long time, and also to provide an aromatic device capable of maintaining an aroma for a long time and supplying an aroma at desired timings.
In the aromatic, a gas containing aromatic components is mixed in a liquid in the form of nano-sized bubbles. The aromatic device includes the aromatic A, a storing section 101 for storing the aromatic A, and a temperature adjusting means 102 that adjusts the temperature of the aromatic A at a desired temperature or a vibrating means 103 that gives vibrations to the aromatic A. The aromatic preferably is a liquid that is constituted of a molecule having hydrogen bonds. In the aromatic, the distance between the hydrogen bonds of the molecule present at an interface between the liquid and the bubble is shorter than the distance of hydrogen bonds when the liquid is at ambient temperature under a normal pressure.
