Abstract:
To provide extinguishant and flammable liquid containing extinguishing gas where extinguishing gas stably exists in the liquid in high density over a long period.
In the extinguishant, gas containing extinguishing gas becomes nano-sized bubbles and is mixed with liquid. Further, in the flammable liquid containing extinguishing gas, the gas containing extinguishing gas becomes nano-sized bubbles and is mixed with the flammable liquid. Preferably, the liquid comprises molecules forming hydrogen bonds and a distance of the hydrogen bonds of molecules of the liquid present in an interface with the bubbles is shorter than the distance of the hydrogen bonds when the liquid is at normal temperature and normal pressure.
