PURPOSE: To facilitate lending of an article by limiting a display of a work by providing a display control means for bringing an article name of a lending article which has been inputted selectively to display control to a display means, when a display time which has been set by a display time setting means has been brought to time counting by a timepiece means.

CONSTITUTION: When the time which has been set by a display time setting means 32 has been brought to time counting by a timepiece means 31, an article name of a lending article which has been inputted selectively by a display control means 25 is brought to display control to a display means 16, and the article name can be known by a limited display time. In such a way, the display time is limited, therefore, when lending is executed by utilizing this limited time, in case when it is undesirable to display a work, or in case when it is undesirable that the work is known to others, or in case when it is undesirable to be interfered in, lending is facilitated.
