To provide an article packaging cover for more stably standing up an article impossible to stand up by itself by utilizing a part of the side peripheral face or at best standing up in an extremely unstable manner, even if it can stand up, such as an article having a flange or a lug protruded from an article main body or an article with its article back side or the bottom face side smaller in diameter or smaller in area like an inverted conical trapezoid article and demonstrating the large display effect of the article.
The article packaging cover A is provided with a surface cover section 1 covering the article surface, a first side face cover section 3 continuously and integrally connected with one end of the surface cover section 1 and to be so folded as to cover a portion w2 on the article side peripheral face and a second side face cover section 2 integrally and continuously connected with the opposite side end of the surface cover section 1 and to be so folded as to cover a portion w1 of the article side peripheral face. A bottom side section 3a of the first side face cover section 3 is positioned almost in parallel with the surface cover section 1, and a top section can be so folded as to be into a side face view triangle angle shape or an almost triangle shape facing a boundary site between the surface cover section 1 and the first side face cover section 3.
