To provide a stretch-wrap packaging film of extremely superior transparency, flexibility, restoration properties, cold resistance, heat sealing properties, packaging machine adaptability and all others and also making no problems in the waste disposal and food sanitation.

The stretch-wrap packaging film is provided with a three-layer structure formed of a base layer and both surface layers, and the base layer contains (1) a propylene-ethylene block copolymer of 20-94 wt.% containing monomer units of 10-30 wt.mol.% based on an ethylene, (2) a hydrogenated diene copolymer of 1-40 wt.% composed of a polybutadiene polymer block (A) and a polymer block (B) composed mainly of a conjugate diene and (3) a hydrogenated resin of 5-40 wt.% as at least one kind of resin selected out of a terpene resin and a rosin resin.
