To provide an article storage device for an automatic vending machine in which articles are hardly clogged on an article ejecting passage and the article can be easily stored in an article storage column.

The articles in a door article storage column 4a provided on the back of a door 3 are ejected onto a door ejecting passage 10 provided on the door 3, and the articles in an internal article storage column 4b provided inside a cabinet are ejected on an internal ejecting passage 11 formed on the deeper side thereof. Further, when the door 3 is opened, the door article storage column 4a is turned together with the door 3 and the door article storage column 4a, and the internal article storage column 4b are exposed. Thus, the articles are hardly clogged on the article ejecting passage and articles 2 can be easily stored in the article storage columns 4a and 4b.
