An event layer is constituted by making events respectively correspondent to one or plural number N of neurons Sj. Then, the respective neurons Pki of the attribute layer P and the respective neurons Sj of the event layer S are respectively related by prescribed weighing Wki so that a neural network 2 can be constituted. Then, fields P1i, P2i... of the attribute layer P are designated by a control module 1 and the neurons S1, S2... of the event layer S are designated. Based on the neurons Pki of these designated fields, the neurons Sj of the event layer, and the weighing Wkij between these neurons, learning, recognition, imagination and comparison are performed.
