PURPOSE: To provide a circuit having a whole transmission function where temp. dependency of crystal, etc., is compensated by a drastically simple and small means.

CONSTITUTION: The circuit is provided with the whole transmission function which is defined as a ratio among input terminals 20 and 21 receiving input signals, an output terminal 22 taking-out an output signal. The whole transmission function is composed in such a way that the whole transmission function is obtained so as to almost at least partially coincide with at least a third function by alternately adding the respective self transmission functions of at least two differential amplifiers 1 and 2 which satisfy at least one of the three effects, having different inclination inside a linear area, having a different limit value inside a saturation area or having a different zero point by a positive and a negative code.
