The artificial turfs containing the natural turfs are formed by laminating a turf mat on a base fabric material having plural small hole parts and then planting piles of the artificial turfs as a basis and is capable of readily and surely forming the paved surface where the natural turfs are uniformly mixed with the artificial turf without inhibiting the germination and raising of the turfs and steadily without causing the growing unevenness.
