Abstract:
To produce an asphalt filler producing furnace, in which the incinerated ash of properties, suitably used as asphalt filler can be generated by incinerating sewage sludge.
A fluid bed incinerator 1 for incinerating sewage sludge is provided with a high-temperature part 6 for heating the generated incinerated ash at 850 to 950°C to produce spherical products. The fluid bed incinerator 1 may be a circulation type fluid bed incinerator or a non-circulation type fluid bed incinerator. The incinerated ash collected by a dust collector 11 is supplied to a classifier 12, and only the products having a prescribed particle size or smaller are taken out as the asphalt filler. The fluid bed incinerator 1 may have a CaO adding means 8.
