Abstract:

To provide assembly structure of a CFRP panel capable of enhancing quality and capable of shortening a molding time, and a manufacturing method therefor.

This assembly structure of the CFRP panel (L-shaped assembly structure) 10 is arranged, in a corner part A, with a corner core material 3 having a substantially triangular shaped cross section, of bringing the pair of CFRP panels 1, 2 into L-shaped contact, and abutting on the corner part A of the paired CFRP panels 1, 2. A GFRP (glass fiber-reinforced plastic) cloth 4 is integrally joined by manual layering molding, to cover a prescribed range of both the paired CFRP panels 1, 2 and the corner core material 3. A GFRP (glass fiber-reinforced plastic) cloth 5 of covering a prescribed range of both the paired CFRP panels 1, 2 is also integrally joined by manual layering molding, to wrap an angled part C of the paired CFRP panels 1, 2.
