To provide a polypropylene oriented multilayer film having excellent transparency, slidability and scratch resistance and fewer disadvantages.

The oriented multilayer film is composed of a resin composition comprising a polypropylene of a melting point of 150°C or higher and 0.01-1 pt.wt. of fine powder of silicon dioxide meeting conditions (a), (b) and (c) to 100 pts.wt. of the polypropylene and laminated with a layer of a thickness of 0.1-5 μm on at least one outermost layer. Conditions (a) the main particle size is equal to or larger than 1.0 μm and smaller than 3.5 μm; (b) the specific surface area, (CS), is equal to or higher than 2.0 m2/cc and lower than 3.0 m2/cc; and (c) the bulk density is equal to or higher than 0.16 g/cm3and lower than 0.20 g/cm3.
