Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress rattling between an output shaft and a socket in a rotation direction when using the socket as a general-purpose product.SOLUTION: An attachment for an impact tool comprises an output shaft 3 to which rotary impact around a shaft is applied by an impact generating mechanism, and a socket 4 is detachably connected. The attachment mounted to the output shaft 3 having a square shaft part 31 that fits into a square hole 41 of the socket 4 comprises a restriction member for restricting the movement of the socket 4 around the shaft with respect to the output shaft 3 by contacting with the outer peripheral surface of the socket 4.
