Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinder flange structure capable of preventing wind noise and accumulation of chips during use, and easily re-correcting balance in a grinding device.SOLUTION: In the grinding device, the grinder flange structure comprises: a disk-like flange 200 supported by a rotary shaft; a grinder 100 held by the flange 200 from both sides in a shaft direction; three recesses 330 formed on a predetermined circumference in a balancing surface of the flange 200 at equal intervals; three spindles 300 which are substantially circular spindles fitted into respective recesses in a rotatable way, and comprise a first substantially semicircular part 300A of a predetermined mass and a second substantially semicircular part 300B having a smaller mass than the first substantially semicircular part 300A respectively. After each recess 330 is engaged with each spindle 300, by making a positional relation between the first substantially semicircular part 300A and the second substantially semicircular part 300B different for each spindle 300 by rotating each spindle 300, imbalance is corrected.
