PURPOSE: To provide an auction information transmitting and processing system with which general auction conditions can be prepared by transmitting the audio data signals of an auction room to dealer terminals while accelerating signal transmission speed without necessity to distribute laser disks recording preliminary inspection information to respective dealers.

CONSTITUTION: The auction information transmitting and processing system is composed of a first host computer 10 for transmitting an auction data signal, most significant front computer 20, plural slave front computers 30 and 40, second host computer 101 and dealer terminals 50 equipped with satellite signal transmitting means for transmitting satellite signals composed of auction data signals to a communication satellite 200 and satellite signal receiving means connected through communication lines 80 on the ground to the front computer 40 so as to receive the satellite signals sent from the satellite signal transmitting means through the communication satellite 200.
