CONSTITUTION: The equipment, comprising a mean for placing glycoconjugates under the influence of a hydrazine agent and a mean for controlling the condition where the glycoconjugates is placed under the influence of the hydrazine agent to recover either or both of N- and O-glycan in essentially non-reducing and perfect form thereafter, is provided.
