PURPOSE: To quickly perform the payment of a change coin and the issuance of a receipt.

CONSTITUTION: A coin inputted to a hopper 6 is delivered by a delivery means 7, and the coin delivered by the delivery means 7 is counted corresponding to prescribed change set amount by a counter means. The change coin counted by the counter means is stocked transiently in a reservior means 10. The change coin reserviored transiently in the reservior means 10 can be paid from the coin payment port 5 of a payment means, and also, a sensor 14 which detects the approach of the hand and ejects the coin by releasing the temporary reservior state of the change coin by the reservior means 10 is provided in the neighborhood of the coin payment port 5. A receipt issuing means 30 is provided which prints the amount in accordance with prescribed change payment amount reacting corresponding to the sensor 14, and issues the receipt from a receipt issuing port 35.
