Abstract:
PURPOSE:To omit switching from automatic operation to manual operation when an operator detects the abnormality of a control system from the abnormality of melody during a series of automatic operation and to process immeasurable situations with good timing by outputting tone colors corresponding the contents of control or switching. CONSTITUTION:An input device 1 in an automatic control system appropriate for a container crane measures a rope point of the container crane, a trolley position and the weight of a container and a microcomputer 2 for fuzzy estimation sets up regulations respectively in a trolley system and a rope system to execute fuzzy estimation. Fuzzy estimation state is stored in a trolley system regulating evaluation table 3 and a rope system control evaluation table 4 connected to the computer 2. The respectively stored fuzzy estimation evaluating values are monitored by a microcomputer 6 for outputting control state. A toner color corresponding to the contents of control or switching of control is outputted from a buzzer 7 and trolley and rope chimes 8, 9.
