To provide an automatic document carrying device, an image reading device and an image forming device capable of reducing leakage of paper passing noises at the time of document carrying while maintaining operability of a paper feeding cover and facilitating attachment/detachment of a sound absorbing member.
In this automatic document carrying device, as carrying means for carrying a document P on a carrying path to a reading position 28, a reverse roller 4, a paper feeding belt 5, a pair of pull-out rollers 6, 7 and a pair of reading inlet rollers 8, 9 are provided, and as a covering means oscillating around a rotating shaft (not shown in the figure) to expose or cover the carrying path, the paper feeding cover 51 is provided. In the vicinity of a clearance between the paper feeding cover 51 and the exterior of the automatic document carrying device, the sound absorbing member 50 sticks to the inner face of the paper feeding cover 51 by a pressure sensitive adhesive (not shown in the figure) via a film (not shown in the figure) formed on one face of the sound absorbing member 50.
