PURPOSE: To improve the operating efficiency of a processing system, by delivering automatically a job controlling sentence related to execution of a program just by feeding a prescribed parameter to the processing system.

CONSTITUTION: When an input parameter P designates a control sentence output of a user program S, a processing part 7 gives access to a file device 6 and reads an analysis file F to discriminate the type of access, i.e., a virtual storage access method (VSAM) or a sequential access method. Then the part 7 discriminates an input from an output. If the parameter P designates the VSAM, a job controlling sentence for VSAM is written. While a job control sentence for input or output is written in the case of sequential access. Then a comment sentence and the step name are added and then stored in a file device 8 shown in the diagram. A control part 9 extracts an output file JCL out of the device 8 and delivers it through an output device 10.
