PURPOSE: To easily program by directly reading a form by an image scanner at the time of designing the form to automatically program for preparing the form.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of designing the form, image scanner input information 1 written with a hand or generated by a word processor is read by an image scanner 2, and a program generator 3 decodes image information and outputs a form generating program 7 as the result. Stages such as a high level language like COBOL, an easy language, and a machine language are listed as classifications of output information. Since the form design based on each certain promise is completed and is inputted from the image scanner 2 in this manner, the program for preparing form is easily generated.
