PURPOSE: To provide an automatic transaction system capable of supplying sufficient recognition to a customer before a transaction is performed and with superior practicability and serviceability by displaying past transaction information such as the one with respect to transaction details and histories, etc., on a display part in a short time.

CONSTITUTION: A control part 8 transmits a selected transaction content to a center 10, and the center 10 judges a transaction content at every transaction stored in a transaction block code storage area for transaction history information in a customer individual transaction information area. A block code in accordance with the transaction content transmitted from the control part 8 is retrieved from the transaction block code storage area for the transaction history information, and edit processing is applied to only the transaction history information on which such code is attached for a period set in advance and in sequence of transaction date corresponding to the transaction content, and the information is transmitted to the control part 8 on a CD1 side with another transaction information. The control part 8 stores the information in a storage part 9, and displays it on the display part 2 after applying edit processing for display. In this way, the transaction history of the transaction content replying to a customer request can be collated.
