PURPOSE: To quickly copy the attribute data of a cell on another cell with an easy operation by copying the attribute information of selected single or plural cells of copy origin on single or plural cells of copy destination comprehensively.

CONSTITUTION: The information of the selected cell is preserved replying to the designation of a cell selection determination menu 265. When a selection cell 268 is selected by one time of mouse drag operation, it is stored as the arrangement of selection information in sequence of north 65 and south 50. As for the cell additionally selected by toggle selection, it is added in sequence of selection behind the arrangement of just before selected cell information. In such a way, no attribute setting panel screen is required to open as in a conventional device, and it is enough to select the single or plural cells of copy origin and copy destination according to a menu for selection always being displayed with listing data generated by listing edit, therefore, a selection operation can quickly be performed, and consequently, the attribute data of the single or plural cells can quickly be copied on the single or plural cells with the easy operation.
