Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize a water level control device, improve its productability and facilitate its maintenance by forming the device in such a way that a power relay is ON/OFF according to the magnitudinous reration between a voltage input ain a voltage comparing device and the threshould voltage of the voltage comparing device regardless of any combination of level detecting switches.
CONSTITUTION: A float switch 2 is composed of an upper limit first float switch 21 and a lower limit second float switch 22 and the one switch contains a water level detecting switch 2a and the other one contains a water level detecting switch 2b. A control circuit is formed by utilizing a voltage comparator 31 in a voltage comparing mechanism 3 and including a power relay 4 for operating a pump motor M. The voltage of commercial ac power supply is reduced by a conversion mechanism poart 1 and also the voltage is converted into dc to generate applied voltage. Thereby, a power relay 4 is ON/OFF operated according to the magnitudinous relation between a voltage input in the voltage comparing mechanism 3 and the threshold voltage of the voltage comparing device 3 regardless of any combination of the level detecting switches 2a and 2b.
