The next stage frame 12 is formed in a box shape, and its upper surface is formed of a plate-like upper wall 50. An upper stage joining seat 42 arranged on a lower surface of the lower wall 39 of the upper stage frame 11 and a next stage joining seat 51 formed on an upper surface of the upper wall 50 of the next stage frame 12, join both frames 11 and 12 in a mutually surface-contacting state. The upper stage joining seat 42 and the next stage joining seat 51 are fixed by a plurality of first fastening tools 45 and 46 fastened in the mutually close contact direction.
