Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a yarn from being broken by tension and fluff from increasing even if a wind-up speed is increased by reducing load applied to the yarn by improving the shape of a yarn path.
SOLUTION: This automatic winder comprises a bobbin storage device 20 of magazine type, a holding device 20 of a yarn feed bobbin 4, and a bobbin chute 24 guiding the falling of the bobbin 4 from the bobbin storage device 20 to the holding device 3. A first claw 31 and a second claw 32 and rotating shafts 33 and 34 rotating both claws 31 and 32 are installed on the holding device 3. Also, the lower guide 24b of the bobbin chute 24 is formed swingably relative to a body 24a, and a route for guiding the falling of the bobbin 4 is formed in a closed state. In addition, a receiving position for receiving the bobbin 4 from the bobbin storage device 20, a working position W for holding the bobbin in winding operation, and a ejection position E for ejecting the bobbin to the side of a machine base 2 are formed at the first claw 31 rotating position.
