Title:
CONTENTS INSPECTING SYSTEM AND CONTENTS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3757952
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein interference with the magnetism emitted from a magnetizing member 520 cannot be removed from a magnetic sensor 530 because (1) the magnetism from the sensor 520 is detected as if it varies and (2) the variation thus detected of the magnetism from the sensor 520 is caused by individual vibration of the member 520 and the sensor 530, with respect to a contents inspecting system that determines the presence of contents in a box for medicine, cosmetics, foods, etc., and to the contents.
SOLUTION: The method for fixing a magnetizing member 20 and a magnetic sensor 30 to holes 52, 53 may be carried out as follows: for example, the horizontal cross section areas of the holes 52, 53 are slightly gradually reduced toward the lower face sides in a wedge, and their horizontal cross section areas at the lowest end faces are formed a little smaller than the forms of the member 20 and the sensor 30. Thus, forming the holes 52, 53 as described above enables the member 20 and the sensor 30 to be easily fixed only by inserting them to the holes 52, 53.
