Abstract:
To provide an auxiliary device which enables automatic replacement of a cutting blade and can be attached to a cutting device that has been delivered to a user after the delivery.SOLUTION: An auxiliary device 2 includes: cutting blade storage means 4; carrying-in/out means 6 which carries a cutting blade into/out from the cutting blade storage means 4; Y axis direction positioning means 8 which positions the carrying-in/out means 6 at an action position and a retreat position in a Y axis direction; Z axis moving means 10 which moves the carrying-in/out means 6 in a Z axis direction; and X axis moving means 12 which moves the carrying-in/out means 6 in an X axis direction and acts on the cutting blade attached to a spindle of cutting means of a cutting device. The carrying-in/out means 6 includes: a Z rotary shaft 46 extending in the Z axis direction; a blade holding part 48 which is radially connected to the Z rotary shaft 46 and suctions and holds the cutting blade; and a fixed nut holding part 50 which causes a fixed nut to be threadedly engaged with or disengaged from a male screw 228 formed at a tip of the spindle. Further, the carrying-in/out means 6 is connected to a tip of a bending arm 112 through the Z rotary shaft 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
