Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounter in which the total tact of component mounting operation can be shortened by shortening the waiting time of tacts operating in parallel.
SOLUTION: Each transfer chuck 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d comprises a chuck piece 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d for clamping the lead wire part 2a, 2b of an axial electronic component 1, a first air cylinder for opening/closing the chuck piece 8a-8d, an air supply means 19 for driving the first air cylinder, a pair of pieces 9a, 9b for centering the axial electronic component 1 to clamp in the axial direction A, a second air cylinder for opening/closing the centering pieces 9a, 9b, and an air supply means 19 for driving the second air cylinder.
