To enhance bending rigidity of a door corner part at an upper end of an inner panel constituting a back door.
A pair of approximately L-shaped reinforcement members 15 comprising a plate material made of metal is fixed/arranged on a surface at an internal space side of the inner panel 3 in both side end edges in a vehicle width direction of a back door body 7 and an upper end edge. Corner parts 15b of the reinforcement members 15 are positioned at the left and right door corner parts 7a at the upper end of the back door body 7. An upper end is connected to a pair of right and left hinge members for opening/closing the door and a lower end is connected to a pair of damper stays C for always urging the back door body 7 in an opening direction. A swelled part 31 swelled toward an outer panel 1 side is bent/formed on the corner part 15b of the reinforcement member 15.
