Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely eliminate only a refuse bag having no remaining articles inside by taking out remaining articles staying in the refuse bag.
SOLUTION: A gag selector is provided with a supporting body 4 for supporting a refuse bag broken so as to take out refuse, a first fixing knife 51 attached to the supporting body 4, a moving body 6 for tearing a refuse bag supported by the supporting body 4 associatively with the first fixing knife 51 and bag eliminating means 7 for eliminating a torn refuse bag from the supporting body 4. The supporting body 4 is composed of two supporting sticks 41, the first fixing knife 51 is disposed on the supporting stick 41 and the moving body 6 is provided so as to be freely moved back and forth between the left and right supporting sticks 41. A fixing plate 41a for squeezing a bag is disposed in the bag carry-out end part of the supporting body 4 oppositely to the moving body 6. A bag clogging releasing means 9 for releasing bag clogging is provided in the bag carry-out end side of the supporting body 4. The bag eliminating means 7 is composed of a holding roller 71.
