Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-like tactile sensor suitable for a hand of a person or a robot to wear for performing a predetermined process.SOLUTION: A sensor wire 11 comprises a flexible elongated cylindrical piezoelectric body 12, an internal conductor 13 formed inside the piezoelectric body 12, and an external conductor layer 14 formed outside the piezoelectric body 12. The sensor wire is incorporated into a sensor fabric 10a used to form a glove-shaped bag-like tactile sensor 10 that covers a gripping portion for gripping an object to be processed. The sensor fabric 10a is then placed on a portion in contact with an object to be processed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
