Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit having an operating characteristic equivalent to or higher than the conventional circuit, with a simple circuit structure.SOLUTION: A current detection amplifier is configured to have a second diode 16 to be a conduction state whereas a first diode 15 to be a non-conduction state, caused by an electric potential difference generated at a current detection resistor 20, and when becoming a state that a current inflow from an output stage of a first current mirror circuit 41 to the first diode 15 is blocked, to bypass the current at the output stage of the first current mirror circuit 41 to the ground through a shunt P-type MOS transistor 7 and a second current mirror circuit 42, so as to cancel a gain error which is produced by a source current inflow of a second N-type MOS transistor 2 into a voltage generation resistor 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
