PURPOSE: To hold a balloon health promotion device in the mouth and repeatedly suck/exhaust the air so as to activate the action of the brain cells, simply and easily increase the lung capacity, and promote health by composing the tip part and its periphery of a solid hollow cylinder in such a state as covered with the air suction port part of an elastic balloon rubber.

CONSTITUTION: The tip part 2 and its periphery of a solid hollow cylinder 1 is covered with an elastic balloon rubber 4 and the hallow cylinder 1 and an air suction port part are stuck together. When using, a tip part, which is not a stuck part, is held in the mouth so that the air is repeatedly sucked and exhausted. Repeating of suction and exhaustion activates the operation of brain cells, stimulates metabolism, and will prevent symptoms of senility from showing. The repetition of the suction and exhaustion increases the vital capacity and takes much oxygen into the body so as to simply and easily improve the vital capacity and promote the health.
