Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer type golf ball and the manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: This ball 8 comprisess a core 10, an inner cover layer 14 composed of an ionomer and having the shore D hardness of 65 or less and an outer cover layer 16 composed of another ionomer having the composition different from that of the layer 14 and having the shore D hardness of 65 or more. The total of the thicknesses of both layers 14, 16 is larger than 0.090in.
