Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiency bend a bar without causing a torsion on a bar by deforming a receiving base following the lowering of a punch and setting the axis of the bar and the axis of the center shaft of the receiving base in right angle.
CONSTITUTION: A bar 10 is placed on a 1st positioning means 26 and a 2nd positioning means 29, and one end of the bar 10 is bent in a right angle by lowering a punch. Next, for bending the other end, the end bent part 10A is made to face downward and the bar is fixed on a bracket 32 with a clamp plate 34 of a 3rd positioning means 30. By lowering the punch 15, the other end of the bar 10 is bent in right angle in the direction reverse to the end bending part 10A. Then, as a central part bending process of the bar 10, the end bent part 10A of the bar 10 is inserted inside a 6th positioning means 40, and the other end bent part 10B is inserted in a 7th positioning means 43. By lowering the punch, the bar 10 is bent from the center part, for example, by 90°.
