A shaft inserting and mounting part 4 constituted of a hollow cylindrical body along a bar main body is provided at one end of a bar main body 1. In the shaft inserting and mounting part 4, a height adjusting shaft 6 is freely movably inserted into the cylinder. The tip of the height adjusting shaft 6 projects from the shaft inserting and mounting part 4 and forms a fulcrum base 7. A bar nail pulling part 3 is provided in the same direction as the fulcrum base 7. The fulcrum base 7 acts as a supporting point when a nail is pulled and the nail is pulled while the neck part of the nail is held by the nail pulling part 3. Therefore, the bar is the one which is capable of changing the fulcrum location when the nail is pulled by projecting the fulcrum base 7.
