To easily attach and detach a tube by connecting a tube holding tool and a pressure force application tool which is kept into contact with a fastening force adjusting means for applying the pressure force to the same, at the first support point, and rotating them on the first support point.
The first and second gripper parts 4b, 5b are gripped to be moved in the directions of arrows A, B, and the first and second holding parts 4a, 5a are moved in the directions of arrows C, D, to pinch a tube by the holding parts 4a, 5a, to be held. Simultaneously, the third gripper part 3b of a pressure force application tool 3 is moved in the direction of an arrow F in a condition that a pressure force application part strides over the tube, to be brought into contact with an open sleeve 10 of a tube joint 9. The tube can be easily pulled out from the tube joint 9 by converting the rotating force in the direction of arrow F, into that in the direction of arrow G by the pressure force application part 3a, to apply the pressure force to the open sleeve 10, and applying the pulling force in the direction of arrow H to the tube.
