Abstract:
To provide a base for furniture whose rigidity is properly enhanced without increasing the number of parts.
The base includes a base body 2A with a pipe shape and having a lower wall 2A3 being a face to be supported, which is supported by a base support body 3 on the lower wall 2A3 having a pipe shape and engaging with end portions and a plurality of upright walls 2D integrally provided in the upper wall 2A2 of the base body 2A and extending in a longitudinal direction of the base body 2A.
